About Vitality Wellness Partners

Vitality Wellness Partners is a functional wellness practice in Oak Brook, Illinois, created in 2015 by family physician Kori Feldman, MD, who established it outside the insurance model after years in conventional family medicine. The practice combines functional laboratory testing to identify underlying causes of health problems with a wellness curriculum organised around five pillars of wellness, plus ongoing coaching and mentorship. Patients enroll as members rather than being billed per visit. Dr. Feldman is board certified in family medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine, trained with Andrew Weil's integrative medicine program in Tucson, and continues coursework with the Institute for Functional Medicine.
