About Kori Feldman

Kori Feldman, MD is a board-certified family physician and the founder and medical director of Vitality Wellness Partners in Oak Brook, Illinois. She completed medical school at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in North Chicago and her residency at the MacNeal Hospital Family Medicine Residency in Berwyn, Illinois, and during training worked with Andrew Weil's integrative medicine program in Tucson, Arizona. She opened an insurance-based integrative primary care clinic in La Grange, Illinois in 2008 and created Vitality Wellness Partners in 2015 as a functional wellness practice outside the insurance model. She became a charter member of the Academy of Integrative Health & Medicine in 2014 and continues training with the Institute for Functional Medicine.
