Vita Aesthetics is a medical spa in Sarasota, Florida, established in 2020 by Kim Poonai, MSN, APRN-BC, a board-certified advanced practice registered nurse who moved into aesthetic medicine after starting as a cardiac nurse in 2012. The practice focuses on injectables and skin rejuvenation: Dysport, Xeomin and Daxxify wrinkle relaxers, dermal fillers, Sculptra and hyperdilute Radiesse biostimulators, SkinPen and PDGF microneedling, platelet-rich fibrin for hair loss and under-eye treatment, and Tetra CO2 laser resurfacing, alongside medical-grade skincare. Nurse practitioner Anna Ponte handles advanced laser and body treatments. It has been named Best Medical Spa by the Sarasota Herald-Tribune and SRQ magazine.
