Vedas Medical Spa and Wellness Center is a medical spa in The Woodlands, Texas, founded in 2010 by Chaitali Nangrani, M.D. It offers aesthetic treatments including Botox, Dysport and Daxxify, dermal fillers, laser skin resurfacing, IPL photofacials, chemical peels, microneedling, dermaplaning and body contouring with Emsculpt, SmartLipo, Renuvion J Plasma, Kybella and Venus Bliss. Alongside these it runs anti-aging and functional-medicine services, including a medically supervised semaglutide weight-loss program and peptide therapy. Dr. Nangrani practised family and emergency medicine for more than fifteen years and is a diplomate of the American Board of Family Medicine and the Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. The practice serves Spring, Conroe, Shenandoah, Magnolia and the greater Houston area.
