Uptown Aesthetics + Hormone Wellness is a physician-led medical spa in Grand Junction, Colorado, serving the Grand Valley and western Colorado. It was founded by Dr. Laurel Bartholomay, MD, a gynecologist in private practice in Grand Junction since 1994, and its medical directors include board-certified urologist Dr. Nicholas Westfall, MD and Dr. Garth Matthew Sherman, MD. The practice pairs hormone optimization — bioidentical hormone replacement using BioTE pellet therapy, TRT and men's sexual wellness — with aesthetic injectables, skin and laser treatments, and physician-supervised medical weight loss. Its clinical team also includes physician assistants and family nurse practitioners working as hormone specialists. The practice opened a new location at 2737 Crossroads Blvd on 31 August 2026.
