University Dermatology Center (UDC) is a multi-provider dermatology and medical spa practice founded by Dr. Alexander Zemtsov in 1995, headquartered in Muncie, IN with satellite clinic days across east-central Indiana. The practice offers medical dermatology services including Mohs surgery, superficial radiation therapy, and dermatopathology, alongside UDC Medical Spa's cosmetic services such as Hydrafacials, injectables, laser treatments, and PDO threads. The physician team includes Dr. Zemtsov, the practice's only board-certified Mohs surgeon in east-central Indiana, plus three additional physicians, three PAs/NP, and six licensed estheticians.
