True Health Care is a functional medicine and hormone practice in Salt Lake City, Utah, founded by Stephanie King, FNP-C, APRN, DC, who holds a Doctor of Chiropractic from Cleveland Chiropractic College and trained as a family practice nurse at Simmons University. The practice focuses on hormone balancing and root-cause investigation, using custom laboratory studies covering hormones, blood chemistry and the gut microbiome to build individualised treatment plans. Services include bioidentical hormone and pellet therapy for women and men, testosterone pellet therapy, peptide therapy, medical weight management, microbiome testing and functional medicine consultations. Although its programs are marketed primarily to women in their late thirties through late fifties, the practice also treats men with hormone imbalances. It does not accept insurance, and offers in-person appointments in Utah alongside video visits in Utah and California.
