Transformative Medicine PLLC is a naturopathic, integrative and functional medicine practice in Sandy, Utah, serving the Salt Lake valley. Its clinicians are Joshua Hersh, NMD, a Bastyr University graduate with post-doctoral training in IV therapies, integrative oncology, chronic infections, Lyme disease and neurodegenerative conditions, and Mathew Richards, NMD, who works in acupuncture, botanical medicine, clinical nutrition, IV therapy and trigger point injection therapy. The practice offers IV nutrient therapies, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, neurofeedback using a 24-lead EEG system, prolozone joint injections and SoftWave therapy, and uses scientifically validated specialty laboratory testing to identify root causes. Published conditions treated include autoimmune disease, chronic fatigue, Lyme disease, Hashimoto's thyroiditis, SIBO, PCOS and traumatic brain injury recovery. It is cash-pay: an initial visit costs $250 and the practice does not contract with insurance companies.
