Find parking and the glass-enclosed entrance to The Well House on the right side of the building. To ensure the smooth running of our services and availability for all our valued clients, we kindly request a notice of 36 hours for any cancellations. If you cancel an appointment with less than 36 hours notice, a cancellation fee equating to 50% of your scheduled service will be applied . For any cancellations on the same-day as the appointment or you don t show for your scheduled appointment, the full cost of the service will be charged , or your membership credit may be forfeited if applicable. All cancellation fees will automatically be charged to the card we have on file.
