The UroFill® Clinic is a men's health and aesthetics practice in Coral Gables, Florida, founded by penile implant surgeon Dr. Paul Perito. It is the home of UroFill®, a patented non-surgical penile girth enhancement technique Dr. Perito developed, and is staffed by Dr. Perito and Dr. Alfredo Suarez-Sarmiento, Jr. Alongside its sexual-medicine work the clinic runs a hormone optimization line covering testosterone replacement therapy, testosterone pellets, NAD+ therapy, HCG and peptide therapy, plus male cosmetic Botox. The practice states that more than 800 board-certified urologists have been trained in its implantation and girth enhancement techniques. It operates from a single Coral Gables office.
