It is led by Ed Costa, MSN, FNP-BC, a board-certified family nurse practitioner and certified functional medicine practitioner who trained at Indiana University and Ball State University and worked in critical care nursing before moving into functional medicine, alongside certified health coach Luzia Luz Costa and functional nutrition consultant Ipashri Bharti. Services include functional medicine and functional nutrition, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, IV therapy, fertility support, health coaching, a type 2 diabetes reversal program, and a biological age reversal program built on a panel of more than 100 biomarkers. The practice was selected for the Coral Gables Award Program's Best Functional Medicine in the Health Consultant category in 2022, 2023 and 2024.
