The Rose Bloom Aesthetics | Wellness is a med spa in Dunwoody, Georgia, operating since 2019 and owned by aesthetic nurse Richelle Hill, RN, BSN, MBA, LE, who founded it in memory of her late sister. Medical direction is provided by Douglas Geiger, MD, a graduate of Emory University School of Medicine with more than 25 years of practice in emergency medicine and general surgery. Treatments include neurotoxin and dermal filler injections, platelet-rich fibrin and EZ Gel biostimulating filler, PDO thread lifts, lipo-dissolve injections, PRF hair restoration, endolaser therapy and advanced skin therapy, alongside IV infusion therapy, vitamin injections and medical weight management. The practice states a particular focus on treating melanin-rich skin and produces its own botanical skincare line, Mocha Rose Botanicals.
