The Longevity Clinic is a concierge longevity and preventive medicine practice operating in Columbia, Missouri and Leawood, Kansas. It was founded in 2024 by Mohammad K. Jarbou, MD, a board-certified physician in pulmonary, internal, critical care, sleep medicine and clinical informatics, together with Marmar Atallah, a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. The practice does not operate on an insurance basis and offers membership programs alongside individual services. Its clinical model combines advanced biomarker testing, whole genome sequencing, VO2 max and body composition assessment, at-home sleep studies, hormone replacement therapy, and physician-supervised GLP-1 weight loss protocols. Beyond its two clinic markets it also serves the greater Kansas City and Mid-Missouri regions.
