The L.A.B. med spa is a Texas medical spa co-founded by Sonya Ellis, APRN, CPSN, CANS and Stephen R. Ellis, MD, who serves as medical director. It operates two offices, in Southlake and Dallas. Services are organised into injectables, laser and energy-based devices, aesthetician treatments, body contouring and wellness. The wellness line includes bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, IV therapy, IV ozone therapy and functional weight management. The practice also runs the L.A.B. aesthetic institute, a training program for physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners and nurse injectors.
