The Fatigue Center is a single-focus medical clinic in Edmond, Oklahoma, opened in 2022 by Robert G. Spencer, MD, who owns and practices there. It diagnoses and treats chronic fatigue and its underlying causes, combining functional and traditional medicine, and explicitly does not provide primary care. Dr. Spencer founded the clinic after his own experience of severe daily exhaustion beginning in 2014, eventually diagnosed as Rocky Mountain spotted fever alongside vitamin deficiencies and food sensitivities. New patients are seen through one of three appointment types — a 30 to 45 minute fatigue workup with an in-depth interview, symptom review and lab testing, a focused weight loss consultation, or an ADHD evaluation — and the clinic addresses causes including hormone imbalances, tick-borne disease, sleep disturbance, vitamin deficiencies, adrenal fatigue, heavy metals, and cancer and chronic illness fatigue. It serves Edmond and Oklahoma City in person and the rest of Oklahoma by telemedicine, treats patients of all ages, accepts a wide range of insurance plans, and runs on Epic with MyChart record access through Integris.
