Maffi Plastic Surgery is a private aesthetic surgery practice in Paradise Valley, Arizona, founded in 2007 by Dr. Terry Maffi, offering facial, breast, and body plastic surgery alongside non-surgical injectables, laser treatments, and advanced skincare. Dr. Maffi completed his plastic surgery fellowship at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, then worked alongside Scottsdale plastic surgeon Dr. Jack Friedland and performed facial reconstruction for trauma and burn patients before launching his own practice. He now serves as Director of the Resident Aesthetic Surgery Clinic and Assistant Professor at Mayo Clinic Arizona, training the next generation of plastic surgeons.
