All appointments are conducted by video, and patients must be physically located in Arizona, California, Massachusetts or Nevada at the time of their visit. Care combines advanced laboratory testing, hormone therapy, GLP-1 medication management, supplements, peptides and mind-body strategies, and the practice explicitly does not provide primary, urgent or emergency care. It was founded by Kathleen "Katie" OBrien, MD, MPH. Pricing runs from a roughly $35 discovery call and a $725 foundational assessment to memberships of $199 to $525 a month on a twelve-month commitment, and the practice is cash-pay and does not see Medicare or Medicaid patients.
