Starkman, MD, a double board-certified facial plastic surgeon, alongside fellowship-trained facial plastic surgeon Christina Palomo, MD and aesthetic nurse practitioner Lacey Wilson, FNP-C. Surgery is performed on site at the practice's single-surgeon, AAAHC-accredited Desert Canyon Surgery Center using IV sedation rather than general anaesthesia. The practice offers deep plane facelifts, rhinoplasty, neck lifts, blepharoplasty, brow lifts, chin augmentation and lip lifts alongside non-surgical injectables, lasers and peels, and runs an AAFPRS-endorsed facial plastic surgery fellowship.
