Southern Vanity Medical Spa is a physician-led cosmetic medical spa with offices in Evans and Harlem, Georgia and Aiken, South Carolina, serving the Augusta metropolitan area. It was co-founded by Briana Brown, DO, FAAD, a board-certified dermatologist who also co-founded the affiliated medical practice Southern Dermatology; all of the spa's injectors train under her and follow her protocols. Injectable services include Botox, Daxxify, Dysport, Jeuveau, Sculptra, Kybella and the Juvederm, Revanesse and RHA filler families. Laser and device treatments cover CO2 resurfacing, IPL, Laser Genesis, laser hair removal, Sofwave, Titan XL skin tightening, vascular laser and tattoo and microblading removal, alongside microneedling, RF microneedling, nanoneedling, chemical peels, facials and plasma pen. Body and other services include CoolSculpting, DermiTight, PDO threads, platelet-rich plasma, sclerotherapy, the O-Shot and medical weight management.
