Sierra Integrative Medical Center is a freestanding integrative outpatient clinic in Reno, Nevada. It traces to 1983, when Dr. Yiwien Chang founded Century Wellness Center; the present entity was formed in 2003 with the original core staff and physicians following a partnership dissolution. The clinic concentrates on difficult-to-diagnose and chronic conditions including Lyme disease, chronic fatigue, environmental sensitivities, chemical and metal toxicity and immune disorders, and also offers weight loss, pain management and drug and alcohol detox. Treatments include intravenous therapy, high-dose vitamin C infusion, immune-boosting peptides, chelation-based detox protocols and proprietary glyoxal injections, delivered in person only. It is a cash-payment clinic with a published $550 initial consultation fee and serves an international patient base; Dr. Bruce Fong, DO, HMD is founding medical director.
