Dr. Roger Newsom is a Board Certified ophthalmologist and Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology at Tidewater Eye Centers in Portsmouth and Virginia Beach, VA, specializing in oculoplastic surgery, cosmetic eyelid surgery, and micro-incisional cataract surgery. He completed a fellowship in eyelid and tear duct surgery at the University of Toronto in 1996 and has performed over 15,000 ocular surgeries in his career.
