To provide a smooth and respectful experience for all clients, the following policies are in place: Cancellations & No-Shows: A 50% cancellation fee applies to any appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time. No-call/no-show appointments will result in a forfeited deposit and 50% of the scheduled service. This includes all services whether they are single appointments or part of a prepaid package.
