Rise and Thrive Healthcare is a combined primary care practice and medical spa in Joliet, Illinois, serving the Chicago metropolitan area. It is owned by Jessica Gutierrez, FNP-BC, a board-certified family nurse practitioner who holds an MSN from Purdue University and has worked as a nursing professor. The med spa arm, Rise and Thrive MedSpa, offers Botox, Dysport and Jeuveau, Restylane dermal fillers, PRF therapy, IV therapy, vitamin and weight-loss injection therapy, and body sculpting including fat cavitation, laser lipo and cellulite reduction. The practice also provides preventive and general primary care, mental health care, medical cannabis certification, weight management, skilled home nursing and telehealth, and runs an injection training program. Services are also offered on select days at Health 1st Center in Palos Heights.
