REV Health Revolution is a genomics-based health optimization practice at Rancharrah in Reno, Nevada, founded by nurse practitioner Krystal Peters and internal medicine physician Robb Peters, who serves as its medical director. The practice builds individualized plans from DNA analysis, laboratory testing and health history, covering nutrition, exercise, medication management and coaching. Clinical services include hormone therapy, GLP-1 weight-loss injections, NAD+ and other IV infusions, exosome therapy, Prenuvo full-body MRI and Galleri multi-cancer blood screening. The Reno facility also houses red-light therapy, PEMF, a BioCharger, sauna and cold plunge, and care is offered in person or online. Patients join through a medical membership rather than insurance.
