At Restore Your Health, we focus on providing healthcare that is personalized to each patient. We believe patients should have direct access to their provider especially in times of illness. We offer longer appointment times that build a safe trusting relationship between patients and providers. Restore Your Health offers annual wellness, sick visits, disease management services, nutritional support education, medical weight loss and hormone replacement therapy to help patients achieve a healthier quality of life. We offer monthly membership plans that make it affordable to put your health needs first. Non membership appointments are available to patients who want to only address issues such an acute illness. Allison is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with 20 years of taking care of others. She proudly served her country in the United States Army where she was stationed at Walter Reed Army Medical Center caring for the wounded soldiers from the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.
