Proactive Wellness Centers is an integrative and functional medicine practice founded in 2006 by Lynese L. Lawson, D.O., who serves as its founder and medical director. The practice operates from Vienna, Virginia, with a second office in the Leesburg/Lansdowne area, and treats patients from Northern Virginia, Washington DC, Maryland and Pennsylvania. Its clinical program covers bioidentical hormone replacement, medical weight loss, peptide therapy, IV nutrient therapy, PRP and regenerative injections, body composition analysis, and the diagnosis and treatment of chronic conditions including CIRS/mold illness and Lyme disease.
