Prime Health Associates is a private concierge longevity and preventive medicine clinic in Edmond, Oklahoma, founded by Kevin White, MD, who practiced trauma and emergency medicine for more than 20 years before completing fellowship training in integrative and functional medicine, nutrition and age management. The practice limits its patient panel and does not accept insurance for physician services, though lab panels are billed through insurance separately. Its initial assessment combines DEXA body composition, VO2 max testing, epigenetic and genetic testing, full blood panels and physician and nutritionist consultations, while an Elite assessment adds whole genome sequencing, high-precision brain MRI, multi-cancer early detection, continuous glucose monitoring and dementia risk analysis.
