Prime Body Solutions is a physician-led longevity and metabolic health clinic in Liberty Lake, Washington, serving Spokane, Post Falls and Coeur d'Alene. It was founded by Dr. Cody Belkoff, DO, who serves as medical director; he is board-certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine, completed his emergency medicine residency in Oklahoma City as chief resident and is licensed in eight states. The clinic provides medically supervised weight loss with GLP-1 medications such as semaglutide and tirzepatide alongside monthly body-composition tracking, testosterone replacement therapy delivered most often as weekly subcutaneous testosterone cypionate injections, and bioidentical hormone replacement using estradiol, progesterone and testosterone. It also offers physician-supervised peptide therapy with protocols including BPC-157, sermorelin, ipamorelin/CJC-1295 and thymosin alpha-1.
