Dr. Otto Shill, DO, FACP, DABOM, is a dual board-certified physician specializing in Internal Medicine and Obesity Medicine with extensive advanced training in Lifestyle Medicine. Based in Washington State, Dr. Shill is the co-founder and Chief Medical Officer of ShillMed Weight Loss & Lifestyle Medicine Center. Known for his holistic, concierge-level approach to healthcare, he balances dedicated clinical care with hospital medicine, combining evidence-based medical treatments with individualized wellness planning through an innovative Direct Primary Care (DPC) model. Dr. Shill earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine at Midwestern University. He then went on to complete his comprehensive medical residency training in Internal Medicine at MercyOne Des Moines in Iowa.
