PRFCT is a physician-led med spa and wellness practice at 7661 Girard Avenue in La Jolla, California, founded in 2011 by Zoe Rafaat, MD. It combines aesthetic medicine, women's health and hormone care, spa treatments, a physician-formulated skincare line and a retail boutique at a single location. Aesthetic services include neuromodulators, dermal fillers, Sculptra, Kybella, PRF and PRP treatments, PDO thread lifts, microneedling, chemical peels, CO2 laser resurfacing and laser hair removal. A wellness arm, HER Wellness, was founded by board-certified OB/GYN Valerie Gafori, MD and covers perimenopause and menopause care, testosterone pellet therapy, GLP-1 weight management, IV and NAD+ therapy, and genetic cancer-risk screening. Dr. Rafaat earned her MD at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine and completed her anesthesiology residency at Stanford University before moving into aesthetic medicine.
