Elkowitz, MD, FACS, a double board-certified plastic surgeon (American Board of Plastic Surgery and American Board of Surgery) practicing for over 25 years and based in Great Neck, NY. He is a graduate of the combined seven-year Union College and Albany Medical College program, completed his general surgery residency at New York Medical College and plastic surgery residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, and currently serves as Chairman of Plastic Surgery at multiple New York hospitals.
