Jan Garcia, Jr., MD, PA, is the most experienced plastic surgeon in the area of Webster, Texas, and the esteemed president and founder of Plastic Surgery Arts Center. He provides an expansive menu of plastic surgery services and aesthetic procedures to help patients become satisfied with their appearance or improve functioning by adjusting bodily structures. In order to serve a diverse population, Dr. Garcia speaks fluent Spanish, English, and French. Dr. Garcia is a U.S. Navy veteran who put his training on hold to serve throughout the late 1970s. Before joining the Navy, he completed his bachelor’s degree in biology at the University of Puerto Rico Mayaguez in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico. Shortly after graduating, he enrolled at the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine, where he earned his medical degree.
