About Physician Coach

Physician Coach is a membership-based integrative practice in Tacoma, Washington, co-founded by Dr. Audrey Falconi, MD, a board-certified family physician, and Dr. Ayla Hopkins, ND. It combines sports medicine, functional and naturopathic medicine, IV nutrient and vitamin injections, regenerative injection therapies including PRP and prolotherapy, metabolic and VO2/lactate performance testing, and coached fitness programming built around a longevity-focused four-step protocol.
