PARA Aesthetics is a med spa with locations in Redondo Beach and Beverly Hills, CA, serving the South Bay and greater Los Angeles area. Founded by Winnie Tra, MSN, BSN, RN, who leads the practice as principal injector, it rebranded from The Laser Image Company in 2026 while keeping its Redondo Beach location and clinical team. The treatment menu spans injectables (Botox and other neuromodulators, dermal fillers, facial balancing, Sculptra and Radiesse biostimulators, PRF regenerative treatments, and filler dissolving), lasers and light-based treatments (IPL photofacial, fractional CO2 resurfacing, Laser Genesis, Morpheus8 RF microneedling, ReFirme skin tightening, Nd:YAG vein treatment, and laser hair removal), medical weight management (GLP-1 therapy, B12 and lipotropic injections), and skin health (medical-grade microneedling, VI and in-house chemical peels, Rejuran, scar revision, and skin lesion removal). Care is delivered by a team of RN injectors under Medical Director Dr. Saswatha Anireddy, DO. The practice also runs an aesthetics training program and offers interest-free financing.
