Dr. Outlaw specializes in the latest cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery of the face, breast, and body. He is committed to excellence in patient care, striving for a natural appearance through the highest expertise and quality. Dr. Outlaw completed his Bachelor of Science and Medical Doctor degree at the University of South Alabama in Mobile, Alabama. He then completed a five year general surgery residency at Louisiana State University and Charity Hospital of Louisiana, New Orleans. He was named Outstanding Resident runner-up during his Chief Resident year and received a research grant from the Southern Medical Association. Dr. Outlaw then completed a plastic surgery residency at the Medical College of Georgia, Augusta, receiving Excellence in Teaching Award from the School of Medicine and was a receipient of a research grant from the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.
