Oculoplastic Consultants of Arizona is an oculoplastic surgery practice founded in 2004 by Steven Chen, MD, with offices in Glendale and Scottsdale, Arizona. The practice is limited to plastic and reconstructive surgery of the eyelids, brows and orbits. Its cosmetic services include upper and lower blepharoplasty, ptosis repair, brow and forehead lift, botulinum toxin, dermal fillers and CO2 laser skin resurfacing, while its reconstructive work covers ectropion and entropion, eyelid tumours, orbital trauma, orbital inflammation, tear-drain disorders and eye removal. Two board-certified ophthalmologists practise there, both fellows of the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Surgery is performed at several Phoenix-area outpatient centres and at HonorHealth Scottsdale Thompson Peak Medical Center.
