A Board Certified Obestetrician and Gynecologist serving patients in the NJ/NY region. He has obtained training from his native Hungary, United Kingdom, and the U.S. He graduated from Mount Sinai Residency Program at SJUMC. Regarded a highly skilled surgeon, Dr. Balazs received an award of Special Excellence in Endoscopic Procedures from AAGL. He also serves as the Director of Minimally Invasive Surgery Residency Training at SJUMC. Other certifications include Advanced Da Vinci Robot Surgeon, Medical Acupuncture, and Cosmetic Gynecologic Surgery. Dr. Balazs is highly trained in women s medical health issues and is expanding his services to treat aesthetic and cosmetic concerns to help you look and feel your best! Having worked in the Emergency Department and Labor & Delivery, you are in good hands with this nurse of over 8 years! Darren has worked as a Registered Nurse in NY and NJ in Interventional Radiology and the Emergency Department.
