It was co-founded by physician assistants Megan Moffatt, MMS, PA-C and Josey Barmore, MMS, PA-C, with Aarian P. Afshari, M.D., FACEP serving as medical director. The practice operates from a single office on Lake Mead Avenue and serves Northeast Florida, including Jacksonville Beach, Ponte Vedra Beach, St. Augustine and Nocatee. It is certified by EVEXIAS Health Solutions to administer the EvexiPEL method of bioidentical hormone pellet therapy and does not accept traditional insurance.
