Founded in 2022 by acute care nurse practitioner Cassandra (Cassie) Debenham, our practice was born of a simple yet powerful vision: to bring together the best of modern medicine with complementary integrative alternatives. After 15 years in healthcare, primarily in intensive care medicine, Cassie left the hospital setting in 2021, burned out after nearly two years on the front lines of the COVID ICU. But her heart remained in medicine, and she discovered a path forward that honors both patients and providers.
