Inspired by the journey that brought my wife back to health. Nava was born from one simple belief: every person deserves answers, a clear path forward, and care that truly changes their life In 2012, my wife Connie suddenly became very ill. After a painful process of going to doctor after doctor searching for answers, she was eventually diagnosed with a slew of chronic health problems, including: The whole time, we felt like no one was able to connect the dots and get her the help she needed. Even after the diagnoses, she was referred to several different specialists who only focused on their area of expertise. Connie had multiple operations and was taking 15 different prescription medications, but she was still suffering from all of these different illnesses. Desperate for something that would work, we finally turned to a physician specializing in integrative medicine which focuses on holistic solutions to disease rather than simply treating the symptoms.
