Mt. Lebanon Dermatology Associates is a private dermatology group with two locations in Mt. Lebanon and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, operating under the additional brand name Dermeve. The practice offers both medical dermatology, including skin cancer and Mohs surgery, and cosmetic dermatology, including Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Daxxify, dermal fillers, chemical peels, and laser and light therapy. David Lemchak, DO, FAAD is one of three physicians on staff, alongside Jeremy Udkoff, MD and Loren Funt, MD, supported by three physician assistants. Dr. Lemchak is a Pittsburgh native who trained at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his dermatology residency in Atlanta.
