Movel Medical Aesthetics is a mobile medical spa serving Contra Costa County, California, including Discovery Bay, Brentwood, Oakley, Concord, Benicia, Walnut Creek, Alamo, Orinda and Livermore. Rather than operating a walk-in clinic, it runs Mobile Medical Units built to mirror an in-office treatment environment, with policies and sterility procedures aligned to clinic-setting standards. It was founded by Dr. John Romano, an established plastic surgeon who trained at the Medical College of Wisconsin and was Clinical Chief of the Plastic Surgery Clinic at Stanford University Hospital, and is co-owned by Kimberly Mello, MSPA-C. Its menu covers neuromodulators, dermal fillers, microneedling, PRF and EzGel, and Fotona 4D laser resurfacing, delivered by a team of nurse injectors and a licensed esthetician.
