With a background in critical care and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Montana State University, Bailee has honed a meticulous and compassionate approach to patient care that seamlessly translates into her aesthetic practice. Her journey into aesthetics began 5 years ago while travel nursing in Seattle, when a respected provider recognized her potential and encouraged her to pursue the art of injecting. That moment sparked a passion that led Bailee to complete extensive hands-on training and certifications across Montana, Washington, Florida, and Arizona—learning from some of the best in the industry.
