Monarch Way is a virtual functional medicine practice founded by Jamie Kyei-Frimpong, DNP, FNP-BC, a family nurse practitioner certified through the Institute for Functional Medicine. The practice is entirely telehealth and is licensed to treat patients across thirteen states: Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Iowa, Kansas, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, New York, Utah and Washington. Clinical focus areas are hormone imbalance and perimenopause, gut health and digestion, fatigue and brain fog, detoxification and inflammation, and metabolic health. Care is sold through three membership tiers named Vital, Total and Premier, each including advanced lab testing with interpretation, unlimited portal messaging and an individualized wellness plan, with a six-month minimum commitment. Monarch Way does not accept insurance or participate in Medicare, though it provides superbills and accepts HSA and FSA funds.
