Monarch Aesthetics is an injectables-focused medical spa on Lighthouse Avenue in Pacific Grove, California, on the Monterey Peninsula. The menu covers neuromodulators including Botox, Daxxify and Xeomin, dermal fillers for lips, cheeks, jawline and nasolabial folds, and regenerative skin treatments using PRF and PRP applied topically during microneedling or injected into targeted areas. Treatments are performed by an aesthetic nurse injector with more than two decades of nursing experience, a perioperative background and advanced cadaver-based anatomy training. Daniel Solomon, MD, an orthopedic sports medicine and shoulder surgeon who also runs a regenerative orthopedic practice in Novato, serves as medical director and collaborating physician. The practice sees patients by appointment Monday to Friday and lists a wellness and longevity line as coming soon.
