Michael Kulick, MD is a solo-practitioner plastic surgery office in downtown San Francisco, in continuous practice since 1985. Dr. Kulick holds both a D.D.S. from Northwestern University Dental School and an M.D. from the Stritch School of Medicine at Loyola University Chicago, trained as a general/plastic surgery resident at Stanford University Hospital, and completed a hand-surgery fellowship. He is board certified by the American Board of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and holds a Certificate of Added Qualifications in Hand Surgery. The practice covers facial, breast, and body surgical procedures plus non-surgical laser and injectable skin treatments.
