I graduated with honors from Chamberlain University as a Family Nurse Practitioner, and spent years working in emergency rooms across southern Maine and the Seacoast of New Hampshire. That experience shaped how I see people—not just in moments of crisis, but in patterns, physiology, and the deeper layers of what’s actually going on. Over time, I felt called to step out of reactive care and into something more intentional—work that blends clinical expertise with a deeper understanding of the body, mind, and energy as a whole. I am a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, certified aesthetic injector, Usui Reiki Master, and a student of Human Design. I am currently completing my Naturopathic Practitioner certification and am a member of the American Academy of Facial Esthetics and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
