Med Aesthetics Miami is a medical spa and wellness group founded in 2016 by Rosanna Bermejo, MSN, APRN, with three South Florida locations in Coral Gables, Aventura, and Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. Dr. Carlos Riveros serves as Medical Director, and Dr. Alejandro Espaillat, a Harvard- and Brown-trained laser aesthetic surgeon and eye physician, consults on the practice's laser and surgical aesthetic treatments. The practice offers laser hair removal, Morpheus8, injectables, HydraFacial, IV therapy, and chemical peels. Med Aesthetics Miami originated inside a University of Miami Hospital office roughly fifteen years ago before growing into its current multi-location group.
