Manhattan Face & Eye is an aesthetic surgery practice serving New York City, Staten Island and northern New Jersey. It is led by founder and medical director James Chelnis, MD, FACS, an oculofacial plastic and reconstructive surgeon, alongside oculofacial surgeon Jeffrey Schiller, MD, a physician associate and a licensed aesthetician. The practice operates four offices — Midtown Manhattan, Staten Island, Basking Ridge and Edison, New Jersey — and publishes roughly thirty services across injectables and topicals, laser and energy treatments, and oculofacial surgery. Its surgical work centers on the eyes and midface: upper and lower blepharoplasty, ptosis surgery, brow and cheek lifts, face and neck lift, fat grafting, neck liposuction and reconstruction following Mohs skin-cancer excision. Non-surgical care includes neuromodulators, hyaluronic-acid and biostimulant fillers, Kybella, platelet-rich plasma, radiofrequency microneedling and several laser resurfacing platforms.
