Carla Barbosa Alencar is the heart and soul behind Majestic Day Spa. A Brazilian entrepreneur with a deep-rooted passion for empowering others through beauty and wellness, Carla founded Majestic in 2019 — just before the world changed. When the pandemic hit, rather than pausing, she pivoted. With her new spa temporarily closed, Carla launched weekly online professional development sessions for estheticians. These calls became a lifeline — offering support, learning, and connection for many during uncertain times. Today, Carla is a nationally and internationally recognized leader in aesthetics, known for her mentorship programs, educational initiatives, and CLESC — a pioneering congress that brings top professionals from Brazil to train estheticians in the U.S. Carla’s philosophy guides every detail: “True beauty begins from the inside out, and my mission is to reveal the best in every person — uplifting their self-esteem and well-being.”
