When the pandemic hit, rather than pausing, she pivoted. With her new spa temporarily closed, Carla launched weekly online professional development sessions for estheticians. These calls became a lifeline — offering support, learning, and connection for many during uncertain times. Today, Carla is a nationally and internationally recognized leader in aesthetics, known for her mentorship programs, educational initiatives, and CLESC — a pioneering congress that brings top professionals from Brazil to train estheticians in the U.S. Carla’s philosophy guides every detail: “True beauty begins from the inside out, and my mission is to reveal the best in every person — uplifting their self-esteem and well-being.”
